Common faults and solutions：

2. the stacker is not able to lift or lift
Check the reason: the gear pump and the pump are over-wearing; the overflow valve in the reversing valve is not high pressure; the oil pressure line is leaking; the hydraulic oil temperature is too high; the gantry carriage has signs of jamming; the oil pump motor speed is too low .
Treatment method: change the wear or gear pump; re-adjust the solution and repair; replace the unqualified hydraulic oil and check the cause of the oil temperature rise; check and mediate; check the motor and remove the obstruction.
3. the stacking of the door frame is difficult to tilt automatically or the movement is not smooth enough
For the sake of investigation: the cylinder wall and the sealing ring are excessively worn; the valve stem spring in the reversing valve is ineffective; the piston is stuck in the cylinder wall or the piston rod is bent; the scale in the tilting cylinder is excessive or the sealing member is too tight.
Solution: Replace O-ring or cylinder; replace qualified spring; replace damaged parts; clean and adjust.
4. the oil pump pressure is insufficient or the rate is too slow
Check the reason: the seal ring inside the pump cover groove is damaged, the internal leakage is excessive; the gear wears; the oil pump motor speed decreases; there is foreign matter in the pipeline blocked.
Treatment method: Replace the oil pump; check the commutator, remove the carbon deposit between the sheets, adjust the position of the carbon brush; check and clean.
5. electrical equipment is not abnormal
Check the reason: the micro-switch in the electrical box is damaged or the position is improperly adjusted; the main circuit fuse or the control electric appliance fuse is blown; the battery voltage is too low; the contactor contacts are singed, or too much dirt causes poor contact; the contact does not move.
Treatment method: change the micro switch, re-adjust the position; exchange the same type fuse; recharge; repair the contact, adjust or change the contactor; check the contactor coil for open circuit or change the contactor.
